Each submission is not to exceed 10 pages in length and are to be submitted on 8.5” x 11” paper using Arial 10 point font. The submission pages must be in PDF format when submitting by email. Submissions that exceed these guidelines will be returned for reformatting.

Each submission should include:
1. CV of candidate (2 pages maximum)
2. Letter of Reference(s)
3. Letter of Nomination that should include: (5 page maximum)
a) Accomplishments of the candidate in the following areas:
Identify examples in each of the four categories that highlight the candidate’s leadership, public profile, specific achievements and volunteer contributions.
b) Greatest achievement(s) that the candidate is known for.
c) Other endorsements if available, e.g. media reports, press releases, citations, etc.
Additional request – Please include a high res photo of the nominee to be used in CEA's marketing material.
