Consulting Engineers of Alberta is excited to host their Young Professionals Conference at the stunning Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

This conference is designed to equip young professionals in the engineering consulting industry with the communication, relationship intelligence, and leadership skills to foster a more vibrant and productive work environment. Attendees will learn how effective communication can bridge gaps across industries, project teams, and generations, and how strong communication skills can drive the industry forward.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Improve personal communication skills
  • Understand why people behave the way they do
  • Learn about, understand and appreciate styles other than our own
  • Understand how to apply the knowledge in a practical way (across industries and various generations)
  • Learn about general communication skills that create more meaningful and effective relationships
  • Be engaged and have fun learning about themselves and others

Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a partial refund, a request for cancellation must be received by email at finance@cea.ca prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be provided after the refund cut-off date of the event. To avoid disappointment, early registration for activities is encouraged as space may be limited.

Refunds will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee.

Substitutions are welcome. Please contact the CEA office with any changes: finance@cea.ca or 780-421-1852.

CEA has the right to cancel an activity due to low attendance, a full refund will then be offered.
